Assignment #1 Icons.
Objective:
In this process i used illustrator to make icons for viewing.
Reflections:
Although it is very simple i could have made it stand out in a unique way people haven't seen yet. Illustrator is very helpful.
Assignment 3. This was to show the colors of the color wheel whlie adding a little bit of artwork.
Assignment 4. This assignment was to create a pop art picture of ourselves using Warhol's design.
This was especially hard to do while thinking of colors and trying to get the right shadow in.
Assignment 5. We created a photomosaic piece. This piece includes many tiny pictures to create a larger one. As i thought about what to use i ended up using the Soul Society 13 Squad Captains to make a Hollow Mask.
In this assignment the class was to photoshop themselves into a picture as if they were there. In mine i inserted my self into the Matrix. It was a fun assignment.
In assignment 8 the class took a normal design and recreated it using one word multiple times in different styles. This design is a alchemy symbol from FMA. I used the word alchemy because it fitted with the idea.
In assignment 9 the classed learned how to combine letters and numbers using contrast
In assignment 11 the class utilized layers in photoshop to create a photo. Each student used lyrics from a song, a texture background, and a picture they took from home.
In this photo i used a discolored background, a highway picture from a bridge and the lyrics from "Life is a Highway" by Rascal Flatts.
In this piece of work the class were in groups doing exquisite corpse. The torso and legs were my partners and the head was my part. I must admit that i messed up. My original piece was in illustrator while my partners were in photoshop. This mess up caused me to rush this version of the head. If i could have known in the beginning, then i could have done a lot better. This is my worst piece of work in this class.
This is assignment 14. In assignment 14 the class was supposed to create a career poster for the career they liked. In mine i created a poster about becoming a comic artist. I used complementary colors because they fit. Also the drawing on the canvas is my own work from illustrator. Although, it is kid of hard to see.
As i look at my work i realize some artworks are harder to make than others.
